The Low Country Boil

(averages almost a pound of food per person)
w/shrimp, andouille sausage, red potatoes, sweet onions, corn on the cob
served with lemons, cocktail sauce, and hot sauce
Includes 5 shrimp and a 4oz sausage link per person


We set up our low country boil pots and cook on-site, once the boil is ready we'll pour the pot over a butcher paper lines table for guests to enjoy. Includes one hour of dinner service, paper plates, and flatware.
Notes: You must have an outdoor area that is okay if seafood-smelling waters spill hit the ground and soak in. If you are renting a venue we'll need their clearance that they are okay with this prior to service. Pricing is based on us setting up, and cooking the low country boil on site.

Pork Barbecue $13.75 pp

Hickory smoked and slow cooked 12-15 hours.

Pulled Chicken $13.75pp 

Choice of legs and thighs or pulled chicken

Brisket Barbecue $18.00 pp

Tender sliced beef, Hickory smoked and slow cooked 12-16 hours.

Smoked Turkey $18.00

Tender juicy turkey breast kissed with smoke, sliced

Smoked Andouille Sausage $13.75

Served with roasted peppers, onions, and stone ground mustard.

Pork Barbecue & Chicken $16.75

A combo of two meats, enough for guests to choose or have some of each. For chicken, choose between pulled chicken or a selection of legs and thighs.

A combo of two meats, enough for guests to choose or have some of each.

Pork Barbecue, Brisket & Chicken $23.00

A barbecue feast. Give your guests an excellent meat selection sure to leave them in a barbecue coma. Enough for guests to enjoy all three meats.

Baked Beans

Southern baked beans with bacon, brown sugar, and peaches.

BBQ Brisket Infused Baked Beans add $1.25

Our traditional southern baked beans are infused with Hickory smoked beef brisket.

Cole Slaw

Choice of creamy traditional long cut or sweet Vidalia onion oil and vinegar.

Macaroni Salad

Country style with bell peppers, onions, cucumbers, and tomatoes with a seasoned dressing. Simple yet delicious.

Mac n Cheese add $1.00

Some of the best mac n cheese on the planet. This isn’t our description, it’s what most people tell us after trying it.

Twice Baked Potato Casserole add $1.00

Think mashed potatoes with a delicious twist. Uniquely seasoned and topped with cheddar.

Collard Greens

Collards cooked with Virginia country ham, and onions, and seasoned with slight spiciness without being overbearing.

Baked Apples

Sliced apples sweetened with brown sugar, a touch of maple syrup, seasoned with a touch of cinnamon.

Red Bliss Potato Salad

Mayo based, creamy, w/red onion.

Green Beans

Country style green beans seasoned and cooked with Virginia country ham.

Buttery Corn

Corn cooked in a seasoned buttery sauce.

Labor & Equipment Fees*
It's a standard that we bring buffet tables and linens along with all serving equipment, paper plates, flatware & napkins. We'll set up a great buffet and maintain the food hot and fresh for your guests to enjoy. In addition to the food prices listed on this page, there is a minimum labor of $800.00 set up fee for 25-50 guests, and a $700.00 set up fee for 50-99 guests for up to a 2-hour event.  Additional labor fees if any would be based on event specifics like services needed, event length, clean up, trash removal, etc. The minimum total onsite event fee (excluding tax and service fee) is $2000.00. Please contact us for a labor quote.
A 10% service fee (not gratuity) will be added to all invoices based on the total of the food portion of your invoice. We require a signed catering agreement and a $500 deposit required to lock in your date and rates. Travel fees may apply for distances over 30 miles or 30 minutes away.

Effective April 1st, 2023 - All new bookings on or after this date will be charged a 4% fee for any payment made by credit card. Credit card ACH payments will not incur any fees.
